March 29, 2022: Sister Marie Geneviève Derriennic was born in 1940 in Paris (France). She entered the Abbey of N.-D. de Chambarand in 1967 and made her solemn profession in 1973. After the Abbey of N.-D. de Chambarand closed in 2020, she joined the Val d’Igny Community. Sister was 81 years old and had been in monastic vows for 52 years when the Lord called her.
