September 04, 2024: Brother Nestor Lesyk was born in 1933 in Winnipeg, Manitoba (Canada). He entered the Abbey de Notre-Dames des Prairies in 1962 and made his solemn profession in 1968. After the suppression of the Prairies monastery in 2020, he changed stability to Val Notre-Dame. Brother was 90 years old and had been in monastic vows for 59 years when the Lord called him.
