June 14, 2023: Brother Rolland Lacombe was born in 1931 in Madawaska (Canada). He was a member of the *Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate *before joining Notre-Dame des Prairies Abbey in 1972 and made his solemn profession in 1975. After the suppression of the Prairies monastery in 2019, he became a monk of Val Notre-Dame. Brother was 92 years old and had been in monastic vows for 48 years when the Lord called him.
