March 30, 2020: Father Columban Heaney was born in 1924 in Derry (Ireland). He entered Mt. Melleray in 1949, made his solemn profession in 1954 and was ordained a priest in 1957. Father was 95 years old, had been in monastic vows for 68 years and 62 years a priest when the Lord called him.
