History
- Ca. 2005: construction of a small factory for the jam business.
- In 2008 a large shipbuilding company opens shipyards in the middle of the residential zone where the monastery is located, very close to the monastery buildings. The sisters together with many neighbors work without success to reverse the permits granted to the company.
