OriginsFounded in the 12th century. Cistercian monks lived there until 1835. Re-established by O.L. of Neiges in 1929. Raised to the rank of priory in 1948 and to the rank of abbey in 1977.
History
- The monastery was built in the 12th century and inhabited by Cistercian monks until the year of “Exclaustration” (1835). The monastery was abandoned.
- 1929: The monastery was re-occupied by a foundation from Neiges. The date of the consecration of the church is unknown.
