OriginsFounded May 18,1820 at Vaise-Lyon-Rhône, and incorporated in 1834 into the congregation of Notre Dame de la Trappe.
History
- Lyon-Vaise : 18 May 1820 – 24 August 1834
- Monastery of nuns coming from 1) la Petite Riedra (Switzerland) – 2) then from Frénouville (Normandy) and finally from Cuire (Lyon, May 13, 1817) who moved to Vaise on 18 May 1820.
- This whole community was transferred on 24 August 1834 to Maubec (Montélimar – Drôme) led by Catherine Olivier (Mère Victime de Jésus), superior of Vaise in 1825 and prioress of Maubec.
- 1844 The community of Maubec changes its name from Notre Dame de toute Consolation (Our Lady of All Consolation) to Notre Dame de Bon Secours (Our Lady of Good Help).
- 1847 foundation of the orphanage, which was closed in 1931.
- 1952, 21 March: solemn vows in conformity with “Sponsa Christi”
