Histoire
- 1890, 29 April: transfer of the community from the farm “Vrieswijck” to the present site in a place called “Tjoen”, municipality of Diepenveen.
- 1895: Change of name from O.L. of the Sacred Heart of Jesus to O.L. of Sion.
- 1939, 31 August: Consecration of the abbatial church.
- 31 January: blessing of the new west wing and of the east cloister.
- 2015, 29 December: The monks left the place to transfer to the island of Schiermonnikoog
